Rates

Standard rate for the cottage is $100.00 / night.  This includes use of all the items in the guesthouse (see description). 

We accept cash, e-transfer and major credit cards (please note there is a 5% service charge if using a credit card)

Booking the Cottage

Once the reservation is received, we will contact you for payment method.  A reservation is not secured until payment is received.   Please note the amount on the reservation confirmation does not include the 5% service charge if using a credit card.

Note:  when booking, under the heading "Select Cottages", choose "1" - the system defaults to "0" and until you select 1 it won't allow the reservation to go through.

Amenities

Fresh towels, bedding, etc. are provided at the start of your stay.  There is no "maid service" during your visit, however if you need anything just let us know.

Also provided is coffee, tea, hot chocolate (Keurig).  If you run out of anything, again let us know.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if reservation is cancelled 48 hours in advance.  After that we will refund 50%.
